On-Ramp

One of the core tenets of CrossFit is that it is infinity scaleable and accessible to all.

Our On-Ramp programming runs parallel to our regular programming. It is comprised 12 sessions completed in a one month period and aims to give you exposure to how we run classes, movements we use and ways to scale to make sure you’re getting the most out of training with us.

The On-Ramp sessions are part of regular classes so that means you’ll be meeting our crew, making friends and learning all at once. The On-Ramp membership is valid for one month from your first booking and you have a month to attend 12 sessions.

On-Ramp format

  • Sign-up

    Follow the link below and purchase the Pre-pay On-Ramp membership. This will give you access to a month of training comprised of 12 sessions from the day of your first booking.

  • Turn-up

    Get booked into WODs - the On-Ramp limits you to just attending WODs where is parallel programming has been specifically deigned to help you learn, move better and make CrossFit a habit.

  • Level-up

    Once you’ve completed your first month it’s time to keep the momentum going and sign up to a regular membership. You will be guided by your coach and helped to make the move to regular programming.
