When building the Strong As A Mother programme we wanted to make sure we could give new mums a safe way to get back to moving, a chance to give mums time to themselves but also, like all of our other classes, a chance to grow, develop and learn new skills.

Strong As A Mother is equal parts a postnatal programme and equal parts a gateway to CrossFit. Your Strong As A Mother journey starts with our intro session taken by one our coaches and is geared around getting to know you, your birthing experience as well as giving you an idea of what we’re all about and how our sessions run. We introduce you to our S.A.A.M standards, specific movements we utilise to build you back up after your birth and then finish with a mini-workout.
