    Come in, get warm, get moving, learn lots and work hard. WODs follow CrossFit Affiliate Programming and utilise olympic lifting, gymnastics, purist strength all with a focus on intensity.

  • Barbell Club

    A deep dive into the world of Olympic lifting. Comprised of just two lifts you’d think there wouldn’t be much to learn, think again.

    We utilise Oly-lifts in WODs on a regular basis, but normally for higher reps - this is a chance to slow down and focus on developing movement patterns that will help you stay safe and lift more and get stronger.

  • Engines

    Our most social sessions. Engines is an aerobic capacity class that utilises the Concept2 suite: Ski-ergs, Bike-ergs and Rowers as well as running. The programming for our Engines classes are split over long, medium and short days.

    If you’re training for an event or you just want to build your aerobic capacity this will get you there.

  • OnRamp

    New to CrossFit? Start here!

    Our On-Ramp programming runs parallel to our regular programming. It is comprised 12 sessions completed in a one month period and aims to give you exposure to how we run classes, movements we use and ways to scale to make sure you’re getting the most out of training with us.
