It’s a 12-session kickstart packed into one month, designed to get you moving, learning, and feeling confident in no time. You’ll dive into how we run our classes, explore the movements we use, and discover smart ways to scale everything so you can make the most of your training with us.
The best part? On-Ramp sessions happen right in our regular classes. That means you’ll meet the crew, make new friends, and learn the ropes—all while soaking up the energy of the gym. Your On-Ramp membership kicks off with your first booking and gives you a full month to smash out those 12 sessions. Let’s get started!

Get booked into WODs - the On-Ramp limits you to just attending WODs where is parallel programming has been specifically deigned to help you learn, move better and make CrossFit a habit.

Once you’ve completed your first month it’s time to keep the momentum going and sign up to a regular membership. You will be guided by your coach and helped to make the move to regular programming.
